DHMA offers quality instruction in Muay Thai (Thai boxing), and is a Thai Boxing Association of the U.S.A. (TBA)-certified school with five TBA-certified instructors on staff! Muay Thai is offered eight times a week and typically includes at least two certified instructors in each class!

DHMA also offers martial arts training in the following arts:

Bruce Lee's Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do
Filipino Martial Arts (Inosanto Method)
Maphilindo Silat (Inosanto Method)

Filipino Martial Arts (kali/escrima/silat) and Jeet Kune Do offer hands-on instruction in a small class environment, also with two certified instructors in a typical class!

While the primary emphasis is on self-defense, martial arts training is also an excellent means of maintaining optimum health and fitness. Martial arts training provides participants with incredible workouts that will increase muscle strength and flexibility, as well as increase cardiovascular ability and burn fat at an amazing rate. Instruction at DHMA offers a variety of methods to develop your skills in kicking, punching, and grappling in a hands-on environment. Whether your preference is one-on-one training/instruction or group classes, our goal is for students to feel confident and proficient in all ranges - standing up, on the ground, or with weaponry - from qualified instructors.
